Cancellation Policy
We value your time and commitment to your appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice to avoid any cancellation fees.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
- Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the services booked.
- If you are running late, please call/text us to inform the salon. We aim to provide the desired service in its entirety.
- We will make every effort to accommodate your scheduled services, but appointments are subject to change after a 15-minute grace period.
